Payment
We accept T/T, Western Union, Escrow and cash as payment method.
Cash payment is only available for the customers those can come to our office or store.
We request 100% prepayment before we ship. If your order is too big and our cargo cannot be ready within 7 business days, we request 30% deposit; the other 70% should be paid after the cargo was ready.

We usually pack our products by normal plastic bags or bubble bags and use cartons as outer packaging. We always choose the best and safe packaging material to make sure your orders won’t be damaged during delivery.

Before the production, we would make pre-production to confirm with customers. During the production, we have professional QC to inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment.
Q2. Where is your factory loaded ? How can I visit there ?
Our factory loaded in Guangzhou, China, you can come here by air to YiWu airport, and then call us to pick up.
Q3. What's your payment term ?
Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Q4. Can I get discounts ?
Yes. For big order and regular Customers, we give favorable discounts.
Q5. Can you add our own logo on the products ?
Yes. We offer the service of adding customers' logo. There are many types of this service. If you have this need, kindly send us your own logo you are welcome :-)!
Q6. Can I get samples? How long is the sample lead time ?
Yes, certainly. We will provide the existing samples for free, Sample fee is refundable when the bulk order meets our MOQ .Regular buyers: Free Sample, Normally 5-10 days for normal styles.
